I have questions for SPRINKLERS & ASSORTED SEEDS

Q1.
If one player have 2 sprinklers, all crops get 2 level in every turn. Is this right?
I felt it's too OP, even if he doesn't have additional plots.

Q2.
ASSORTED SEEDS <you can buy the first card from the crop deck without looking for 1 coin>
what's that mean? just discount 1 coin? or free? or ...

You are supposed to have up to 1 sprinkler. And yes, it's too OP, it's instawin xD
