Just some notes:

Advanced tool mod does not explain how to add it; i assume you just add the advanced tools on top of the normal tools?

You could also make a split between the basic farm upgrades and the advanced upgrades with a note that these can be added once all players are familiar with the game.

Also most boxes start with "Warning:"; this sounds ultra awkward; i suggest you use "Attention:" or "Note:" or leave it out entirely, it already is in a colored box after all.
