Physics issue

The models are kind of stiff, and fall really slowly upon death. Is there any way to fix this?

YES, There is a ragdoll addon I use that allows you to adjust weight and speed of the ragdoll, Interactive Server Side Ragdoll. You can edit it to the 1-10 or make it custom. I found that .35 weight fits the heavier ragdolls more :)
