Possible alterations and/or ideas
If you guys have anything you'd either like to see me add or remove from this mod. Namely when or if I add other tweaks back in. Then you can say it here in case you don't want for it to be missed in the main comment section, assuming this mod ever gains more popularity for that to actually be an issue. I will also briefly list all the things my mod does both currently and what it originally did before I re-uploaded this new version.

-Firstly, makes Wuxing Matters more work with Radious and be scaled for it.
-Secondly (and this is something I still need to add back into this new version because I forgot to put it back in), buff the palace building for han as well as certain specific palace buildings (like Yuan Shao's) to provide additional admins when maxed out.
-Third (and again not currently in this version), made it so yellow turban forges give a chance for weapons just like han forges.
-Forth (ditto as above), gave yellow turban hybrid units, Bringers of Righteousness, and Watchmen of Peace the mix formation to make them a bit better at being a versatile unit.

-This next one isn't in this version nor was it in the old one, but is in a private one I use for testing new things and playing with friends. Overhauled the economy, namely in regards to trade influence. Made it so every resource region gives an amount of trade influence based on the value of the resource in it, in a general sense, namely just how valuable I think it is and in what way it may be balanced. Also made craftsmen regions give a boost to income in the province.
