Mouse problems

I felt uncomfotable on win 10 so i decided to recovery for win 7 and everything was fine except aim_botz.I didnt played this map for about year and now i feeling some mouse lags when im tryin g to play there.What i can do ? Everything okay on other maps and servers (except yprac_arena also)
