Failed to find a dedicated server.
Someone please help me fix this problem. Is there file/s that missing?

I already found a solution;

Unsubribed the workshop then logout your steam account, relogin and go to in game in CS:GO visit workshop then subribed, then type at console cl_allowdownload 1

Make sure that the downloads is working after you subscribed to the workshop..
