Type 'noclip' in your console window.
It'll show something like 'NOCLIP ON'
then,
Type 'bind "capslock" noclip'
Done.
Now you can get in and out by toggling capslock.

You can either do the steps mentioned by Delilah above, or you can just shoot on the middle square above in the main area. It'll remove all the walls.
