Droids win every time?
I don't think I've ever seen the clones win on this mod honestly, like all droids get more health, unlimited stamina, don't bleed, etc. how tf are clones supposed to win?

Regarding basic Droid inf and Clones have same HP, only Droid that gains more HP is the B2. Only difference is Droids don't bleed.
As I stated in a post in discord:
Droids and Clones as a faction have different “passives” as I like to say. Droids don’t run out of stamina and take reduced fall damage, since they don’t have stamina to worry about, droids actually have a pretty strong ability to have steady aim and no fatigue relating to gun sway and accuracy.
Clones as stated have stamina so you must take that into consideration when getting into combat. If you have low stamina and are trying to win a firefight, you will most likely lose unless you are prone, crouched, or bipodded. Clones passive is basically the ability to revive one another, which is pretty big considering tickets and how much utility a Clone can have.
I will agree it usually is easier to play Droids due to their play style but I will also state many people don’t take a slower approach when playing Clones and immediately run into a fight without considering stamina and how that has an affect in a fight. If literally half of the people in a fire fight do it, you will more than likely have inaccurate shots compared to the droids, or at least give droids enough of an advantage with their mobility to get a bit closer.
i've seen the clones win at least 1/3 of the matches i've played. especially now that more and more people are learning how to play correctly it really isn't that uncommon. i've also noticed that most of the time the clones lose its due to a lack of medics and constant poor pushes without setting up back points which leaves them/us fighting a uphill battle as soon as they lose the first point. it's pretty obvious that stamina does play another big part because they are constantly wasting their stamina right up until they have to start shooting
