can you guys pls fix the bug where people accidentally put philosopher's stone to the neutral items stash and it is lost forever

that option is hardcoded by valve for all neutral items, so move that item only by grab or drag and drop.

viper nethertoxin is crashing the game i think. Couple times ive played him i have crashed on casting nethertoxin. Happened late in the game against the giant tide boss called slithern i think. Other instances were also late in the game just cant remember exactly which rounds

its only one lvl that has intentionally 0 dmg to fit certain builds , that certain lvl it has different number of hits too and lower pause

If you cast blackhole and the skill *Multicast* (Ogre's Ult) procs, it will cast 2 times however 1 blackhole will be permenant. This is only a visual bug however it will cause the game to crash after a while.
