Incredibly disappointed in this so-called 'amusement' park.

While the roller coaster was fun, and I personally appreciated that people of non-traditional body types were able to bypass the line, the ride itself was far too short. In addition, there also appears to be a number of safety concerns towards the end of the track if the derailed carts are any indication. I'm not sure why you would leave derailed carts sitting around for your customers to see.

The ball toss was fun, if a little lacking in challenge, however without any sort of prize for completion it feels like a waste of time. You are also, typically, restricted in the number of shots you're permitted to take per attempt, something your stall failed to do, which only further reduces the difficulty of the challenge.

Your animal control policies are in dire need of an update, as the glass separating park guests from the third group of scary creatures was very fragile and broke under accidental force. I had to personally prevent their escape, without aid from any park employees who should have been overseeing such a potentially dangerous display of wild animals. It was quite distressing and left a mess, which would also run the risk of being a potential hazard as I saw no park maintenance staff who might clean up spills or at least mark slippery areas, which I am sure is against the law.

On attempting to participate in the race I was personally injured when the starting gun went off. I left the area immediately, but was not offered any sort of aid from park staff, even to determine if I was alright or simply needed medical assistance.

Even the snack machines in the break room had problems! The variety was extremely limited and the machines themselves were very unstable and prone to toppling over when accessed.

When I went to inform your customer service department of these issues they tried to aggressively defend the park's reputation, refusing to listen to reason or even consider coming with me to observe the numerous issues in person.

I will not be visiting again, nor will I be recommending this park to anyone. I do not understand how you have not been shut down or sued.
