Items, spells and effects (Unfinished)
Here is a list of the some items in this mod

Weapons
  • Bow of Shadows -Increases sneak by 20- Attained from teaming up with Neravarine and choosing the Bow [Bug: Decreases sneak by 20 after the dequip of the weapon]
  • Mace of Stone-Singer -30 Frost Damage- Attained from teaming up with Neravarine and choosing the Mace
  • Chrysamere -20 Resist Fire, 20 Resist Magic, 20 Absorb health) Attained from teaming up with Neravarine and choosing Greatsword
  • Hopesfire -30 Shock Damage, half as much Magicka damage.- Attained from killing Neravarine
  • Trueflame -30 Fire Damage. Targets on fire take extra damage.- Attained from killing Neravarine
  • Black Hands Dagger -25 Absorb health- ???
  • Dorana's Hammer -10 Fire Damage- Behind door #4 which only opens if you answer all three questions correctly
  • Ashlander's Bow -???- ???

Armor
  • Moon-And-Star -Only an incarnation of Indoril Nerevar may wear this ring- Attained from killing Neravarine
  • Ring of Saguine Resistance -Increases fire resistance by 40%- Attained in the start of the Main Quest, but will be lost if given back
  • Necklace of Brawn -Carrying capacity increased by 45 points- Attained as a reward in the side quest at Little Vivec's shop

Spells
  • Luck of the Emperor -Increase chance of finding rare items- Probably finish the 3 Stuffed dogs Side Quest

Active Effects
  • Azura's Curse -Decreases health by 50 points and Speechcraft by 20- Attained from killing Neravarine and sleeping

I'm actually working on a walkthrough guide for this mod right now and can provide you some information that I have already attained to help out.

Ashlander's Bow - Unsure of it's location at this time.
Black Hands Dagger (25 Absorb Health) is obtained in a very difficult way I wish not spoil.
Bow of Shadows (20 Fortify Sneak) - Help the criminal
Chrysamere (20 Resist Fire, 20 Resist Magic, 20 Absorb Health) - Help the criminal
Dorana's Hammer (10 Fire Damage) is behind door #4 which only opens if you answer all three questions correctly.
Hopesfire (30 Shock Damage) - Kill the criminal
Mace of Aevar Stone-Singer (30 Frost Damage) - Help the criminal
Trueflame (30 Fire Damage) - Kill the criminal

Necklace of Brawn (45 Fortify Carry Weight) - Complete quest A Favor for Selyse
Ring of Sanguine Resistance (40 Resist Fire) - Given at start of quest

Luck of the Emperor - Complete quest One Dog Ain't Enough.
Azura's Curse (-50 Health, -25 Speechcraft) - Kill the criminal + sleep

In regards to Chrysamere , you select greatsword to receive it.

Luck of the Emperor - increase chance of finding rare items
