My characters ended up at level 12-13. I completed all rooms but I didn't get everything in the dungeon (not every skull, not all spells scrolls, not all secrets, and so on). I've also never figured out what the big yellow gem is for, and I don't remember if I tried to actually put it back in to the cage. The dueling Goromorogs also seemed to be a puzzle. A skull seemed to fit into one of their faces, but I didn't know what to give the other one. Perhaps each of them requires a mage orb. The logic behind the music room still eludes me. I read provided hints and then went through it at random until it completed itself. The "very long fall" shaft was also impossible to fall into for me. At first I though that you could lure some monster on the pressure plate but there were only Crowerns there.
The nonogram room could perhaps use some explanation of what the puzzle is. I never saw this kind of puzzle before and had no idea what the numbers mean.
There were other achievements that I missed but I don't think I'll be returning to them. I've found about 75% of secrets anyway.
I've also encountered another glitch: once I got the topaz key and returned to the final boss room all steampunk assets were gone. Map leaks were in place as if the walls and floor simply simply weren't there. The final-final "room" also had all its assets gone. Reloading game didn't help.
