Whenever you spawn something not related to the mod all ELS dissappear

nevermind there is a bug for my steam where it doesn't update mods (i had to verify files)

make the mod inactive and unsubsrcbe the resubscribe to the mod

any emergency cars i spawn are just the normal cars for me (meaning the the people playground car) i dont know how to describe.
