There's a locked red key door in the map but the only keys I found for it were near the end. Is it meant to be inaccessible? And do they keys at the end mean something?

yes you cant get inside, red kays in the end are just a trolling

you place the bottle to a stand marked as "JACK". This will open a code panel behind menu board
