Viewmodel Arms Question

Can someone walk me through how to get the viewmodel arms to work? The model works great and is awesome, and everyone else sees me as the Tron guy, but my arms still look like the regular TTT characters.

Or is this a server thing that I can't do on my own?

If you're on a server it would typically be the server's job of fixing it. Most of the time they don't because it means more files for players to download.
