I am currently looking for the following:

I would greatly appreciate someone with some basic artistic experience creating art in a similar style to Stellaris game graphics with at least some basic experience making PDX formatted DirectDraw Files.

I am also looking for someone skilled in modelling and animation to remake and re-animate the Traveler model. I am also hopeful that they will stick around for designing other assets for future updates.
