It's hardcoded to remove damaged vehicle that sinks so it can reduce server load/lag.

If people still want all destroyed vehicles to leave wreck underwater, I will consider to add such overriding command in next update.

I think it would be a good idea to have an override option aswell. Would be really cool to try and salvage a shot down aircraft or boat imo.
