AI Personalities and No-Name Empires
Some combinations of ethics (and possibly civics) are still resulting in the game being unable to find a suitable personality for AI empires with them ending up with no name.

If you encounter such a case look for a line similar to this in your error log:

[02:29:34][country.cpp:18239]: Failed to choose personality type for Valdari Star Regime with country type default and ethics Xenophobe Fanatic Militarist Fanatic Cooperative

If you find one, paste it in a post here and I'll see if there's a common thread among them and decide what to do from there.

Have you seen the temporary fix for the problem at the Ethics and Civics Classic 3.2 mod? If not: Might want to check it out. Although I assume you have seen it.

I haven't. I just need to know which ethic combo's the game is failing to find personalities for.

Edit: Having now looked at the temporary fix, that is already done for eca redux as part of the 3.3 update.

huh, not finding one for gestalts is unexpected. When I get a chance to update the mod I'll take a closer look for them.

that would be great! but I guess I have other issues as well, currently I get that stack without info about Gestalts... or perhaps it was some minifix that came today to stellaris tuned down the logs to not give more info. Currently I am getting only stacktrace in exception.txt

uh well this mod isn't updated to current stellaris, maybe try MrFunEGuy's fork for now?
