yeah, its because it was the same author, or atleast one author from the howl helped on the orion

The original Howl was copyrighted and Valve was almost sued or something, so all the skins that the creator of the Howl worked on got removed (Curse, Poison Dart, Desert Warfare, Orion, Retrobution) and the Howl was re modeled and made contraband
