Suggestion
Change Romania's focus to annex moldova to a focus to invade and puppet/annex slovakia (romania already has the decisions available to unite with moldova).

And by the way: watch out so Germany doesn't puppet Slovakia if it was puppeted by romania first
That would ruin it a bit.

Myanmar civil war and more rebelions in china (to make more interest the sino-chinese war)
