Negative cost for buildings
Hi,
Not sure if it is possible to fix the bug, but anyway.
I am Dvar with -20% buildings cost doctrine, -20% sector buildings cost doctrine, -30% defense buildings cost doctrine and -40% sector specialization cost doctrine (development focus: wealth).
It results in 0 cost defense buildings:

Very strange bug. Especially because the percentage values don't really seem to add up to 100% (or more) for defense and sector buildings. Can't say if it's possible to fix it but at least it requires some effort to get there...

No worries, it is not a big deal, I didn't get bonus production from producing that negative cost building ;)
