why missing textures?

you need to type in console "mat_specular 0" it will take 3 - 5 minutes to fix

during the game or in the menu also will it take 5 minutes if i have a good smooth and silky 1000 addons?

well i can't open the dev console in the menu so how do i do that

Open the options then open advanced while in the controls and click "Enable Developer Console" then all you have to do is press ` (the key to the left of 1) to open the console.
