is it possible to cap the army size to a certain number so it wont go higher than that ?
i have unlimited domain size and after my empire reached 2 milion levy, the game broke down and keeps going negative , i cant even wage war with a mayor now because his 42 soldiers are still counted higher than mine which is negative number
