Purplish Textures

Windows, wooden roads and fences have missing textures.
I have all the downloadable gmodcontent source (hl2, hl1, tf2, css).
I've seen more people in the comments facing the same problem.
If anyone found a way to fix the issue, feel free to comment

Maybe try turning off cubemaps, by typing this command in console:

mat_specular 0
