that's a bug with the base game. Can be fixed with the mod "Vanilla Framework Expanded".
In the mod settings toggle "Disable Texture Caching" to make large sprites show in game.

You're a few days too late, I learned of this joining the discord associated with the "Re-Upload" mod author and learned real quick, they're helpful there, thank you for your comment though :)

sorry to be a bother but i cant seem to replace and limbs of the bots furthermore mr gutsy does not seem to have a plasma weapon when created ... i may just be missing something but i would really appreciate your assistance as i bloody love the mod

There actually aren't many surgeries defined for any of the robots...though why you are necroing a post about sprite display to ask this I have no idea.

I submitted a patch to the creator forever ago, but it was never added. I don't know if I still have the original files anymore...but it's a fairly easy fix, just tedious because it is a LOT of body parts.
Edit: Actually...seems that was another mod, the old Claptrap one...
This one does have all the surgeries and the recipes to craft new bodyparts... ... ...not sure why it isn't working for you.
