Add a humanoid called "Plague", It looks like a plague doctor, search it up if you didn't know what a plague doctor is, so its powers are infecting other people and those who got infected slowly die and if it's possible you can add something where you press f on the head or the mask. it will remove the mask and show a terrifying face that can eat flesh of others?.. Thank you!

I kinda saw you may have hinted twards gnomes already but i think a really small gnome that could latch onto people with its mouth would be cool, that or pixes that are flying reskined gorses that can shoot healing stuff
