Do the factories work? YES
Yes, here's why, and are they worth it?

I managed to get the AA 46 seconds (all production no research)
And got 5 full tech factories
And i got 35 seconds with said factories.
(Math ahead)
So 46/35=1.31
So that means that 5 factories gives me 131% (decimals are 0%-99%, everything else is 100% and on)
Then Dividing by 5 by that means that each full tech factory gives me a 26.2% bonus on time

Sorry if complicated

I would say that they are worth it only if you are going for higher time required productions. I say that because the MRBM don't take that much reduction. So if you want to go navy or lots of air fields, defiantly worth it.

Note, if math is wrong sorry there was some rounding so maybe off by a tenth or two, and also the fact that it might just be utterly wrong.

Authors note: After more experimentation lead me to one of 2 conclusions.
1. The modifier may cap out
2. The modifier wont cap out

Sorry, total newb to the game and this TC . Do factories require a special placement strategy? Like, covering the major cities, or can they be placed anywhere, with the exact same effect?
