Problem:

After i made a custom world, i created a new world with that preset for testing, after that my Hud bar dissapear and was only fog when i joined the map as a new colony in that world.

Solution:

After i created a new world and joined to a new colony, i saved the game, i disable the world edit mod completly (PS: not from setting, seems that not work), after i disable it and join with load save from that world/map seems to work fine now with the hud appear again.
PS: Open Debug Action as developer mod, search for "Clear All Fog", and that should work fine.
