What would Be considered Up on the C-Stick? My smash attacks are set to P, so I've tried to hold down W(Up) and P, and even S(Down) and P, but nothing works

Any solutions?

for me its very picky about when i push up, so it could be like that for you too

I think you mean keyboard

In that case, use the key set as RS Up in the Keyboard Controls in Options
