what does power tank do

It takes, gives, transfers, and clears powers from a person.
Right click on it and select "pull" then make the person touch the tank take away their power.
Then to give that power to someone else, right click then select "push" and let someone touch the tank to get the power.
To clear the power right click then select "clear" and make the person touch it.

Basically if you make them touch the tank, it gives or takes powers
Pressing clear deletes the power already stored in it
