I just subscribed and for some reason I still hear the beeping noise of the default death sound. I'll test some things and report back if I find a solution.

i found a bug,i try to open the console (') and the game crashers,please,fix this error

Are you sure that is because of my addon? It's a strange bug, it hasn't happened to me. Uninstall the addon and try to open the console and see if it crashes too.

i uinstalled it and the game don't crashed opending the console but i re-installed it and the game crashed opending the console

Mine doesn't crash... try uninstalling or disabling ALL addons and try this one by it self.
