I am formally announcing a bounty for the old Testament Evil AKA Leon project files. If Bertran reaches 15,000 subscribers by the time Repentance comes out, I will upload the final playable build (basically complete, other than additional features I wanted to add or rework) of Leon to the Modding of Isaac website for players to play and modders to do anything they like with (including finish and/or upload to the workshop) within the bounds of Isaac modding. Otherwise you can wait 12 years for me to remake the Leon designs into a new original roguelike game. Thank you.
