Can't say I've ever used that mod or thought about adding a Codex. As it is, the Sectoid already covers the Psionic niche, and even has access to some Codex tricks with proper animations as well (Psi Bomb + Teleport).

I complete the covert action which pops the mission with less than a day to infiltrate. I'll send out my guys to infiltrate but after the 22 hours pass the I get the "You missed a council mission" notification and the mission is lost without launching
Yeah, here's the thing about that. It's SUPPOSED to be quick response, but for some reason it doesn't work that way. Here's what you do: load up your squad with as many soldiers and as much gear as you want, and send them to infiltrate. Then, immediately click on the mission. You should be seeing relatively reasonable enemy numbers; launch the mission right away. Enemies will have pretty big detection radii, so just go in loud and fast with your huge squad.
Excellent, I was able to start the mission with this advice and the mission goes smoothly aswell as the aliens play flawlessly on the many missions ive used them on. I've gotten the Muton Hunter and a standard Viper.
Ive got a bit of data over the last few days.
-The alien rescue mission to get them is a bit to hard. You can only take up to 4 soldiers on the mission and you'll be fighting around 15 aliens.
-All the animations ive tried with the hunter have worked well, including reviving an ally with a medkit or from a chosen daze
-Ive noticed that quite a few people like to play LWOTC with a controller but you cant click on a mission to start it early on the vactical map (that I know of) If anyone asks you, they need to switch back to mouse controls to manually start the mission after you infiltrate
Only being able to take 4 soldiers is a bug, not a feature. It might be a mod conflict. Every time I've run the mission it lets me take 10 soldiers.
