Guide?
Is there a guide or a wiki or something for this? I'm a bit lost.

I need rare mushrooms and rare flowers for what seems to be most of the crafting, but have no idea where they grow.

I also need "palm hearths" but my metal axe doesn't cut palm trees and to make a steel axe I need the palm hearths. Do you get them somewhere else?

Palm Hearths are harvested from banana trees in the jungle area, which you need bug repellent to enter into. There is a youtube channel that has a decent guide out, though a bit out of date. Their guides for berries and bananas is still useful.

But a full blown guide would be nice. I'm still having to ghost into dungeons because I can't find the right way into them.

There is no real guide of Alemia :) But you have some information

OH! SO THAT'S WHY THAT ZONE KEPT TRYING TO KILL ME.
I couldn't understand why so much of the map was just "oh hey you're dead now". Never occurred to me I needed bug repellent.
