I have an XFX MERC 310 (AMD RX 7900 XTX) that can enjoy Black Mesa on Ultra settings. So Azure Sheep also played great originally. I suffered the recent Windows 10 SSD summer brickening. After reformatting windows, and reinstalling everything. I find Azure Sheep no longer plays smoothly. All video settings are also locked.

They are not greyed out, they respond with the half-life click sound, but nothing adjusts except brightness level.

If I close AS and load Black Mesa directly, I can adjust settings down and I do that. I knocked general video settings down to LOW. But if I load AS back up, almost all settings are low, EXCEPT "Water Reflections". It is locked on ultra and for some reason it completely kills my framerate.

Any ideas?
