You have subscribed to the CompassMod? Its a separate mod

Hi devs, in the periscope view, I'm seeing the "Lock/Unlock" icon always visible OVER the TDC. I don't think this occurred in the B127 version? See screenshot (near the parallax dial)

I din't see the TDC not at all, how that possible ?

Which version you play, do you see the buttons? Is the mod activated in the Launcher?

I'm New, so i have no idea how to activate a mod. can you do That in the gamelauncher?

First you need to Subscribe to the mod from its main page inside the Steam client. Then hit "Play" on Uboat and a launcher appears. Click "Mods" at the bottom and then all the mods you subscribe to are there and can be activated.

I am New. How to activate a mod? Is it only posibble with the game lancher ?

Kind of a bug?

When I'm setting the AOB one method I like to use is one I picked up from my time playing Wolfpack. First I discern the target's course, disconnect the aiming device follow-up and use the target bearing knob to point the TDC in line with the target's course and set the AOB to 180°

Then when I reconnect the aiming device follow-up it should snap the target bearing back to the periscope as well as track the correct AOB. However the AOB setting remains unaffected when reconnecting the AD follow-up, any chance on fixing this?

I could just swing the entire periscope over and it works fine but I prefer the aforementioned method as it's faster and I enjoy flipping levers and twisting knobs :P

@McDewgie, are you locking the AOB as well? There's an AOB lock (bottom middle switch) and a target bearing master/slave (right switch). Also, if you plan to change the Uboat course, make sure to left-click the "Own Course" dial after locking the AOB.

@MrSkinny, Yes. The AOB follow-up switch is engaged. You can recreate my method yourself to see what I'm talking about. Try this.

(AOB follow up is on, with white light. Periscope is pointed at 000°)
1. Disconnect the aiming device follow-up
2. Use the target bearing knob to point at bearing 270°
3. Set AOB dial to 180°

Now if you spin the TB knob back to bearing 000° the AOB dial should read 090° left, yes good. But I want you to leave the TB knob pointed at 270°

4. Reengage the AD follow-up and notice the target bearing indicator snaps back to 000°, yes good. But the AOB dial will still read 180° instead of 090° left.
