Laser room: The room with the 10 tesla coils in the middle with 2 rooms on each side and one in the middle all with 2 consoles in each and all have a corresponding number.

Control room: The room with the word P. Blackwing on the wall and a button next to it.

Step 1:

First you want to take the letters from P.Blackwing and find what numeric value each letter corresponds with in the alphabet. For example a = 1.

Step 2:

After you have the numeric value of each letter go and interact with the button next to the the word P. Blackwing on the wall.

Step 3:

After you have pressed the button go and interact with each console that has the same numeric value with the ones gotten from before. You want to interact with the consoles in order of the word P.Blackwing so you would press the console the corresponds to P first in the sequence. in the laser room.

That's it the lasers should turn off after that and to turn the power back on there is another puzzle but instead I will give you a shortcut. Inside the laser room if you go towards the back middle side before you leave the room with the tesla coils and enter the one with numbered rooms. There is a reset button if you mess up the code use this to turn the power back on without the puzzle and to fix your mistake if you mess up while turning off the power.
