I noticed they don't spawn with the guns even with the options enabled.
It will
I'm not usually great at providing feedback at all but after I spent for what seemed like hours shooting at many kinds of NPCs and doing numerous tests, I couldn't help but feel that the damage outputs for a lot of the weapons were a bit weak. In very close ranges I found that for most shotguns it takes two body shots to drop an enemy. For pistols and smgs I found myself having to do around 5-6, and for rifles it was an average of 4.
I used both Combine Elite and Zombie NPCs as subjects, since most workshop NPCs I've come across have similar or more amounts of health. I know it seems really nitpicky but I just wanted to share my thoughts about it. If anyone else has their own take on this, I invite you to throw your own two cents in.
FAMAS, Glock 20, GSH-18, Galil, M1911, M40A3(not sure), MAC-11, OTs-33 Pernach, P226, PM, PMM, PP-19 Bizon, SKS, M82(while shooting).
That's all the guns that I could find skin clipping through the Sitex gloves (mostly right hand), there might be more guns but I am not sure
