I don't see anything in there specifically on my mod besides being on the load list. Anything more specific you could point me towards looking at?

The problem seems to be with line 340 in HotM_Halfling.xml:

<li>RH_TET_AdministerHealingPotion</li>

After removing it, the error disappears.

I don't really know anything about modding Rimworld, but I suppose the game doesn't recognize this recipe.
