Not sure, but maybe it should cloak like the spy does if the disguised player doesn't have a companion. Makes sense, right?

I don't think the enemy team should see it, only yours.

Imagine this scenario: You see your Medic walk into a building with no hats. 10 seconds later, he walks out with Archimedes. It's pretty obvious he's been stabbed.

The raven should disquise as a sandvich when the spy disquises as heavy, that would be cool :D

no just make it so that it would have a compainion and it would not be noticed unless 1. they know the team mate 2. able to spot four items on a person 3. f2p and if the compainion is not compatable, it would change to the ballonicorn so only pyrovision wears see it or the person does not have a compainion should be dune as so.
also it should also disqise as robro 3000

I use the Koala Compact every day, some people like he companions.
