1) First, you must upgrade the Candy once. To do this, all players must buy Candy a total of 15 times.

2) Shoot the 5 round lights that look like the ones above the zombie barriers with either a Ray Gun Mark 1 or Mark 2 (PaP's versions work too). Once done, you will hear a completion sound.

3) A button will spawn on a wall at one of the following locations:

-Opposite the stairs to the LSAT wallbuy.
-To the left of the zombie barrier near the LSAT wallbuy.
-To the right of the zombie barrier, on the same wall as the Olympia wallbuy.
-To the right of the zombie barrier, right of PHD Flopper.
-To the left of the zombie barrier, left of PHD Flopper.

Once you press a button, another will spawn at another of these locations. Press all of the buttons, and you will hear a completion sound.

4) You now be able to hit a button left of the M14 wallbuy, to "Make a Wish". This will start the Sharpshooter, similar to the last step of the Buried EE. You must hit all of the targets before the time runs out. All zombies will be killed off automatically and none will spawn until you are done.
If you miss a target, then you will fail once the time runs out, but you will be able to hit the button and try the Sharpshooter again. The order of the targets are not random and is a specific order each time.
If you hit all of the targets, then once the time has run out you, all players will recieve all Perks in the map.
