From what I can tell, there only appears to be 10 Eyes of Enders. One in each area except the desert area and the End Portal room. Is it required to collect 12 EoE's before the end portal will open? Because I can't seem to find any more than the 10 I already found, assuming only 1 is in each area

I found a second eoe in the second area, on the left on the wall, ill make a guide with all locations

I went through it again and by checking all the locations on the list I was able to get the ending. Although the description of where they are area a little bit off.
