how do u reload at the tank

pls help me figure it out all the pros and nerds and geeks in the world!

There are 4 tanks, one at each corner of the map. One of them will have a glowing water drop above it and a tank full of water. All you have to do is walk up to the front of the tank and it will spray water at you and reload your ammo. Then it will randomly fill a new tank out of the 4 for when you need to reload again.
