Make the SCAR-L restrict the H mags, so we can still use the other ammo types
The problem with the SCAR-L is that the attachment has a override mag size that cannot be changed but I think I can do some stuff to make it work with my limited LUA knowledge, the 556 mags are already included as bodygroups.
