sleight of fist

decrease attack count and needs to increase cooldown that even with 45% cdr it would be spammable. invulnerabilty while doing multiple dmg every 2secs is too much.

yeah that cd is a little to low, but I don't intend to change too much maybe add ~2 sec cd
