Description says: "Controls: Press = to open up the Menu for Stoker"
GitHub Wiki says: "While in a game, press P and open up the Stoker Deck Editor"
Neither of these work for me. I've pressed every key on my keyboard, none but the standard hotkeys do anything.
Have enabled:
* ModLoader
* ModUploader
* TrainworksModTools
* Stoker Deck Editor
(To Enable the console navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\1102190\2187468759\BepInEx\config, open the file in there and change the Logging setting from false to true)
The only thing it says that could be it is:
"[Warning:MultiFolderLoader] Skipping loading [2205081572] because it's marked as disabled"
or:
"[Warning: Harmony] Could not find any valid Harmony patches inside of assembly Stoker, Version=1.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null"
sry if i´m just to dumb
I believe you disabled stoker in-game... 2205081572 is Stoker and it is being skipped.
Nope, it´s enabled.

Common issue with keybinding, sometimes it's hardcoded to key position rather than key output. For example opening the console is in many games bound to ~, but not my ~, the american keyboard layout key for ~(to the left of 1), I press §.
