1. If you hold no kingdom or empire, create the title in question as a kingdom and set it as your primary title.
2. If you hold a kingdom, create the title, destroy your kingdom title and make the new title your primary title.
3. If you hold more than one kingdom title, destroy the kingdom that has lands that would be a de jure part of your new title. If no/all titles contain lands that would lose their de jure duchies, destroy your primary title only. Make the new title the primary title.
4. If you hold an empire, do NOT destroy the empire and revert back to option 1. Another decision will become available to destroy all held empires and make their lands de jure part of a new empire tier title that shares the colour, COA, and name of your kingdom title.
I'm also going to be making some titles empires instead of kingdoms, e.g. Babylonia and Assyria. I wanted to actually avoid this originally, specifically because I wanted to make it an either/or situation where you would have to choose between, for example, creating the Kingdom of Sumer, or the Kingdom of Babylonia, etc. But realistically, this doesn't make sense and some titles would contain too much land to be a kingdom tier title without going over vassal limit relatively quickly.
As for the reason your kingdoms become de jure part of your empire, it's due to the fact that I'm reusing the built-in empire creation logic. I'm going to write my own logic for this as well at some point, but it's not a priority at the moment. For now, the system is working well enough to be playable without requiring me to spend a day/few days writing code that isn't necessary yet :)
Regardless, thank you for pointing this out! I appreciate the feedback.
Incredible mod by the way, I'm loving all the work you are putting into it!
I came here to report the same issue about the Gaelic religious head... any chance this has been fixed/will be fixed soon? I'm really looking forward to using that aspect of the mod (which is rad, by the way).
I assume some of them are set in other files to use another religion's titles, which makes sense and is a very useful shortcut if so; and I know you said you'd fix the localisation issues in the next update. Just figured I'd toss up a list of possible suspects.
Edit: Reformed Brythonic lacks localisation for head of faith as well.
