I played a landless hunter hunter it was a slog to get through. I get that perk progression is slowed down for vampires (immortal) but that really shouldn't apply to humans - they are mortal after all. Because of this, there's just no chance for progression in a mortal lifetime! Hunters really need to be exempted from the increased xp requirements.
