Auto Activate when pudge is motionless? Kinetic Gem?
Make pudge swing his hook after a few secconds of standing still? So it's automatic, and not a button to press. That would make it more a joy to play.

Also, you could add it as a kinetic gem. So you can do this. Thankyou.
