how to transplant organs (non simplific)
i tried to open chest and replace heart but it doesnt how can i transplant organs

You have to place the scalpel on an organ and in the context menu click on remove organ and then place an organ on the scalpel and in the menu put insert organ and put the scalpel in place on the organ, and you have to get the organ from the aid kits, I hope I helped

but after you do that with the brain they die how do I revive them? Life syringe wont work. do I have to start up the artificial organs or something or do artificial organs not work with the brain?

scalpel doesnt work, ♥♥♥♥ issues as alwayts
but seriously, i did what it told me to, i stabbed the scalpel into the head, went into context menu and theres no remove organ menu!
